Our Rates
Providing the Karla Clean Standard at Reasonable Rates
While all our clients receive customized pricing, we base our rates on the following:
- Type of cleaning service
- Frequency of services
- Inclusion of extras, such as fresh flowers, plant maintenance, etc.
- Number of rooms
- Square footage of house / office
- And so forth.
Please note that we do have a minimum fee of $175 – $200, but we will make exceptions based on size and frequency of your property.
For some more common sizing, below is a general outline of the Karla Clean fees:
